By accessing or using VANU, our websites, or the waitlist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use VANU. By using the services you represent that you meet this requirement.

Early access and the waitlist

VANU is offered on an early-access basis. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the product evolves. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access within any specific timeframe.

Acceptable use

When using VANU, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the services.
• Use the services to generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Misuse connected accounts or data you are not authorized to access.

Intellectual property

VANU, the Dewiride name, and all related software, content, and trademarks are owned by Dewiride or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

Service availability

We work hard to keep VANU available and reliable, but the services are provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dewiride will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dewiride harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
