Dewiride Technologies Private Limited (“Dewiride”, “we”, “us”) builds VANU, a personal AI. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to run the product, and we never sell your data.

- Information you give us — such as the email address you submit to join the VANU waitlist, and anything you send when you contact us.
- Information from your use of VANU — such as the apps and devices you choose to connect and the requests you make, used to fulfil those requests.
- Technical information — such as device type, browser, and anonymized usage analytics that help us improve reliability and performance.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve VANU and our websites.
- To contact you about early access, product updates, and important notices.
- To carry out the actions you ask VANU to perform across your connected services.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
The VANU waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address solely to manage onboarding and to tell you when access is available. You can ask us to remove you at any time, and we will delete your address promptly.
On-device processing
Where practical, sensitive work is performed on your device and stays encrypted. When processing must happen in the cloud, we minimize what is sent and retain it only as long as needed to complete your request.
Cookies and analytics
Our websites use essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations, or when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
